Airy rooms, I had very very good experience.
The location was magnificent for me as it was adjacent to all the restaurants, vineyards, attractions and Sirmione peninsula. Besides, it was 5 mins walk from Santa maria di lugana.

the whole building was fairly clean and had a quiet atmosphere. we were given a superior double room with 2 balconies upon arrival. the location was great, far to beach, convenient to go everywhere. what's more, it was not far from the lakefront and other areas. the service was good, that made the hotel lovely place.

The hotel is located down the lake peninsula towards the mainland, very close to the historic center. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms offer toiletries and soft towels. The breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options, while the terrace is a great alternative for a snack or a drink. the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
The views from some rooms are not the best.

The location is perfect. Short walk to the castle and all the restaurants etc. Also the rooftop spa area is very nice. Staff were friendly.
The walls are paper thin and the bar across the street is quite noisy friday and saturday nights. And of course an Italian 4 star hotel is 2.5- 3 stars in reality.
